These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 878win ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 878win website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an 878win account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind through the Platform, you confirm that:

• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player via supported payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, Debit Card) that are held in the Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity verification procedures the Company is required to carry out before processing withdrawals or at any point during a Player's account lifecycle.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To access real-money services on the 878win Platform, you must register a valid account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party;

The 878win Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is a firm requirement and applies to all users of the Platform without exception.

By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 878win employs age verification checks as part of its KYC process. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an 878win employee or contractor;
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently receiving treatment for problem gambling.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 878win account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

Deposits:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or a verified account registered in the Player's name.

• Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended where the Company has identified unusual account activity, incomplete KYC documentation, or pending bonus wagering requirements.
• 878win reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling 24-hour period. Limits applicable to your account will be communicated within the cashier section.

• In the event of a palpable error in odds or game display — including software errors, human error, or data feed failures — 878win reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 878win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;

Any use of Platform content outside the scope of this licence is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights for which 878win reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 878win, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information displayed on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform;
• Technical failures, data transmission delays, or internet connectivity issues outside the Company's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 878win's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

878win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against 878win;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary self-closure or self-exclusion);
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling account closure.

Upon account closure, 878win will settle any verified real money balance outstanding in the account (net of any voided winnings or forfeited bonus funds) via the Player's last-used verified withdrawal method. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, AML breaches, or Terms violations are not entitled to any balance refund.

878win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 878win Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use after the effective date is irrevocable confirmation of acceptance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 878win holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 878win Platform shall first be subject to 878win's internal complaints resolution process.

Internal Complaints Process:

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
